national dealer Pillar of the Community United States 2724 Posts	Posted 03/13/2005 1:11 pm Hi folks, Since Susan has been flooding my inbox, I thought that I would answer everyone at once. This darn flu still has me in the death grip. NO SOLID FOOD, NO SMOKING, and barely any liquids for 10 days now. Instead of returning to Baltimore I made the trip to the doctor. Several prescriptions and lots of bed rest. Looks as if I will live, but really haven't had much time to do anything other than rest. I will eventually get back up on my feet and answer some more posts and emails. I really want to thank all of you that have been emailing me with the well wishes. I certainly appreciate it very much. Drink lots of grapefruit or orange juice and metally tell yourself you don't time for this hassle. It works...now get back to bed! Report this Post to the Staff

I returned to a better doctor today, and other than some inflamation in the throat, it looks as if this death grip has finally loosened up. Not that I want to worry anyone or anything. Maybe this post should be ignored. Henson I think that was his name. Thought is was minor........... Zinc lozenges may (empahasis on may) help in the first 36 hours or so of a common cold. After that they don't do a thing, and most folks are not zinc deficient...
