Seems to have lots of luster.
Those scratches below the chin on the obverse are not on the coin.

Yeah, it's definitely an O mm. Looks like the mm got damaged slightly in the bag. Clean cheek but what looks like a couple of light scratches would keep this from an MS64. MS63

Looks MS-64 with a shot at MS-65 based on these photos and presuming you are correct that the scratch under the chin is not on the coin. If the coin is in a holder of some sort the holder is darn near invisible!

I am puzzled by the large darker area in front of Miss Liberty's ear. Is it just a shadow? In this image it almost looks like a large shallow dent. The front of the ear and the hair above the ear border this area and they appear flattened. That effect could be caused by a typical soft New Orleans strike. How do you see it, Whitman?

If the scratches are not on the coin, then what are they on? The camera lens? If that's the case, then your coin would be MS64.

If that is the case, then I'd go 65. Seems like a lock for 64.
