Was poking through some bank rolls today, halfs, dimes and some nickels. Had not looked through nickels in quite a long time and found
a decent 1941-S (Large S) Any real value to these ?
Found one hole filler and one War. One silver dime, but on just 3 rolls of halfs, found: 2 64's, 2 franklins, 14 40%'ers. Not bad.

Nice haul there buddy, especially on the halves. My luck hasn't been so good lately but I still have no room to complain, Roll hunting has been very good this year.

I think I bought a VF or XF 1941 LG S for something like 5 dollars. A lot of times on ebay people sell small S for large S. The large S are pretty scarce. That is a good find. Got any pics?

I compared the S to another 41-S I have in my folder
and it is huge in comparison.

Think I may put it up at the auction forum tomorrow.
Maybe someone on here would like it.

This is a Large S no doubt. An attractive circulated example.
