I don't know how many times I've seen Charles post that he can't tell what's going on with a coin from the pictures, while it appears obvious to me. Here are 2 pictures of the date on the same coin. One appears to be a closed 9 while the other appears to be an open 9. Guess Charles knows what he's talking about.
