The mintmark looks OK to me. Based on the photos in the Heritage auction archives the CC letters for this date can be relatively thick compared to some other Carson City Morgans. There are several variations. Check the VAMWorld website to see if you can attribute the exact variety for your coin.
Here is a photo of an ANACS-slabbed 1892-CC sold in a 2000 auction. This coin was graded as a no-problem VF-30 and sold for a mere $60 at that time. Your dollar has slightly more detail. It should be solid for VF-30 and might even go VF-35.
