Yass, as this guy was suppose to be a fellow club member, He should of pointed out the fact that one of your coins was doubled mint marked before he picked it out to buy. That would of been the Right thing to do, the Friendly thing to do and the fairest thing to do. He insulted your friendship and kindness by offering to sell it back to you for three hundred dollars. What a selfish hide. This guy is not really a club member as much as a "in it for himself" member. Indecent! IT WASN"T YOUR FAULT...the guy just took advantage of your kindness. In the future, I wouldn't give this guy the time of day much less do him any favor again. You have a right to be annoyed with him. But forgive yourself, if you were dealing with any other decent collector this would not have happened. |
