hmn looks like Good or maybe very good condition. Definitely cleaned.

I would say a little better than GOOD. I'm thinking AU-55-58.

Definitely Ms, maybe a 64. It doesn't appear to be a copy, but I would get it slabbed. Hard to tell about luster from this picture, but maybe cleaned.

Looks genuine at first glance, with at least AU-55 details. The slight softness on Liberty's head could be strike-related. The luster looks weird (could be polished) and what's that whitish stuff along the right-side rim on the reverse?

I wouldn't touch a coin like this unless it was graded by PCGS, NGC, or ANACS. If it is real it is probably worth $500 or more (maybe much more!) depending on the degree of impairment.
