Would need to see the reverse also, but the obverse looks VF-20.

I'd call it VF-35. Quite close to XF.

The ribbon separation suggest EF40, VF30 at least (imo)

Looks very close to EF from here. I'd say VF35 anyway and worth around $70.

I agree it's on the EF/VF line, but I'll have to go with VF-35.

The obverse ribbon suggests EF, but the feather tips and reverse ribbon appear more worn than I would expect on an EF Indian.

Wholesale $50-60, Retail $70-80.
