He said that the lower price coins in slabs come from people who are sending in the best coin/s they can find hoping it will score in the highest range possible - maybe even the top ever recorded. So some people end up with a lot of slabbed coins that you would not even think of sending in to be slabbed. Its a gamble, but if thy hit the right one, it pays off.
