I am positive this is a VAM-195 but I wanted to show you all what the VAM actually looks like, and to see if anyone disagreed with my attribution. The book says this about this VAM
Obverse: Diagonal line through B in LIBERTY.
Reverse: Bottom of D of DOLLAR completely broken
