The correct response is What is 2? They were the 5 New Pence and the 10 New Pence. This was because they were in the process of changing over to a decimal denomination currency system. Although the change was not made until Feb. of 1971 most circulation coins produced during this time were dated 1967 to avoid hoarding of the last coins.
