Face value,but its a cool coin to find in change,I keep some US coins I find in change just because they seem "not the usual" to me.Found a Wheat cent last week and I'll keep it just because it's rarely found in change here.

Current melt value is around 10 cents. The 1955-1981 nickels are a hoarders
dream: pure nickel and 4.54 grams each, which means 100 weigh exactly 1 pound.
