Possible 1985 One Dollar Error Bill

This is a GENUINE error note, and there is no way anyone could purchase a uncut sheet from the BEP and create this type of error... This type of error is known as a third printing (COPE-PAK) error where the 16 subject sheet (1/2 of a 32 subject sheet) was not centered when it received the third printing (green seal and serial numbers & black federal reserve seal and numbers), resulting in the type of error you received...

Hint: the printing on USA notes are raised, and you can test this by placing one side of the note on your thumb, and use your index fingernail on the other side and lightly slide your fingernail over the note... I found that the lower left side of Washington seems to be easy to feel the raised print...

Hard to tell from the scan, but I think the lower left corner tip of the banknote folded, there are two light folds on the lower right corner and another light fold on the upper left corner. Can that be right ? If I'm mistaken and you are sure your note hasn't got a single flaw, I think it may be worth it having your note reviewed by the CGA ?
