17th Century Coin | Konstanz 3 Kreuzer 1694

I have coin will put a pic up later if no one can identify it by description.

I believe it is an Austrian silver coin from 1694.

On the obverse is-

Leopoldvs I.D.G.R.I or (T) S. then a (3) and August
Has a double headed eagle with a heart shaped chest

on the reverse is C.I.V.I.T Consta illegible and a date that appears to be 1694
the design is a shield with a cross

I've tried to research it, but it doesn't look like the 3 krenz Austrian coin from that year. It has similar designs from other years.
