Ralph Pillar of the Community United States 1582 Posts	Posted 09/18/2006 1:20 pm I'm sorting and grading my Seated Liberty coins today, and on some of them I'm experiencing mild confusion. This one is showing some partial letters in Liberty, but none appear to be complete, and the ANA guide stipulates for VG-8 "Some letters in LIBERTY are clear". I'm satisfied that it will grade above G-4, but am hesitant to grade it VG-8. What are your opinions? Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 09/18/2006 2:46 pm Hi Ralph I seethe Reverse as VG-8 but the obverse closer to G-4,, Since the obverse carries most of the grade,, I split the difference. G-6 In my opinion. Rick Report this Post to the Staff
