hey everybody, I was wondering where I could get one of those beautiful silver Bahama 5 dollar silver coins? I the only ones I have found seemed a little overpriced on ebay...

I have one in my collection. I purchased it for $23. I did when silver was about $20. I been trying to pick another one up, but ebay prices are a bit insane right now. Good luck on you mission.

Try world coin dealer Frank Robinson in Albany, N.Y. His prices are pretty reasonable.

I once had a Panama 20 balboa. Impressive coin, but I did not like it because it was way too cumbersome to fit in any album.

Do I regret selling it with hindsight? Naw, not really, I bought a rather nice denarius of Antoninus Pius with the proceeds, and that is more valuable to me at least, than the 20 balboas. I still have the denarius.
