Just found this afternoon roll searching.

I'm pretty sure this a 70S Small Date, but would like the experts to take a look and see what they think before I get too excited.

*This would be my first one, never found one of these in circulation*

But, the amazing part--you found that in a bank roll on the East Coast!

You can't figure these things out- this coin plus the 64P-1DR-001 and a 2000 WAM all have come from the same $25.00 box of cents that I picked up Friday from a local bank. Still have $10.00 to got through yet.


There were quite a few MS grade coins in these rolls also dated from 1960 to 1970 with various mint marks.

The wrappers are just a plain dark brown and red with 50 c pennies imprinted on them- no name of who wrapped them but they are shotgun rolls.

I also got a second box but those are labeled String & Son and have not found anything of significance yet from that box.
