UNC are worth ~$6.50 and the EF are worth ~$5.85.

Melt value $124 for $150

You know, less than a year ago I was looking at 90% halves for $8 trying to decide if it was worth the money. I bought them and now they are $12.50.
I don't have a calculator but I think it would take about $40 silver to get the quarters to $7.50. You might be better off buying on ebay for closer to current melt.
I say if it's not a large amount of money to you go ahead. Everything I see says silver will continue to go up.

You can do better elsewhere.

Tomorrow I am buying $7.50 face value of '64 quarters for $145.00.

I think I'd pass on it too. In my opinion, even the UNC 64 quarters are just bullion unless they are really high grade (not likely).

You can get a better deal on ebay.

agreed maybe if they were 30's and 40's but 60's are just way to common
