I'm trying to move a lot of coins I purchased as usual so I can have the funds for my next coin purchase

I hope it's alright to post this link. I've put up a whole bunch of stuff with less traffic than I expected. This particular auction has been up for 2 days now, and not only is there no 'watchers' there are zero views! Is this auction not showing up in the right search? What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

Looks like there's just too much stuff being listed on ebay with all the new rules.

Your best bet is to try to get it to show up on top of the list for "Best Match", not sure how that's done though. Maybe someone else can point it out.

Otherwise all the viewing and bidding for your item will happen in the last few hours when it climbs up the list of ending soonest.

Just gonna throw this out there as well, maybe start bidding at 99 cents?

99 cent auctions are great for stuff where you just throw it out there and find a value. But most the time 99 cent auctions are yielding insanely low (sometimes below melt) prices for some stuff. I've lost money vs local coin shop for some of my stuff listed at 99 cents.

I start 99% of my auctions at .99 and have always gotten fair prices. I believe the greed factor kicks in some bidders at the start. The only silver I've seen go for below melt is usually one coin and the shipping charges are the cause.Actually, when buying, I look for high starting prices so I can snipe them due to the low amount of bidders.

I've sold a lot of Silver on ebay this March and April, and here is what works the best.

Start .99-cents
Free Shipping!

Bidders will figure shipping into their bids, and sometime only search "Free Sipping" because there is so much to choose from. With free shipping you will average Silver melt value. Then ebay fees, PalPay fees, plus shipping will be about a 15% over-head.

I have 3-Silver auctions going now. One is for 35-Silver Dimes - watch how it will climb to melt value (35x3.38 = $118.30) by auction end (3-day auction, ends Sunday). I can't give you a link because I need 2-more posts, but my ebay User ID is buffalo-nickel.

Or, search on these words

Lot (35) Dimes 32-Mercury

1882-O/S Morgan $1 VAM-5, Broken "S" - Mint State

I've been auctioning Foreign Silver and that is selling good too - posting some Australian Silver Sunday.
