Looks like an MS-63 coin, limited by the cut next to Liberty's mouth. I don't see any rim issue that would cause a problem designation.

Graded Au-58 by NGC.

I paid $270 for it, which I know is about $40 over Numismedia, but I feel better knowing maybe its close to MS without the one scratch on Liberty.

I just picked up another 1891cc recently graded MS-60 "Cleaned" by ANACS. Heres some pictures to compare. I picked up the MS-60 for $240.

I had actually thought it was 55-58 at first glance, due to the 'chatter' and muted luster.
