Although I was blown off by the customer service rep, I kicked and screamed and managed to find someone higher up, who was very gracious to make things right :). I read the fine print on the NGC website, and if they misattribute a "variety", I dont think they give you a refund. Phew...a close call for a noob like me! :) Report this Post to the Staff

These guys are humans who get paid by the amount of coins they grade, meaning they push through the most coins in the shortest time possible. They mess up all the time...
