My problem with these articles is the same as always...notice the use of the word "may" ? You going to tell me they don't know for sure ? I know it's tempting to read an article and feel like you're informed, but today (and maybe always was)you just can't trust anybody.There is too much money to be made by manipulation through media.Do enough fact digging and you'll see what I mean.

Can't say I disagree with you guys but I think those are legal"hedge words" to eliminate any liability. Seems like everything I read these days are written that way.

More importantly, they're talking about things happening behind the bamboo curtain, so educated guesses and "maybe" is sometimes the best information available.
