Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6399 Posts	Posted 08/27/2011 1:34 pm My double-struck, ANACS-certified MS-64 1999-D Jefferson cost about $125 a few years back. I thought it was a very good buy, especially since the double strike gave the coin two dates. Applying Bjones value formula would put the quad-strike value at $250..... It all depends on the qualities of the specific coin (since such errors show extreme variation from one to another) plus the enthusiasm of the potential buyer. Report this Post to the Staff
