Thankfully there are clear pictures. There are alot of poorly graded coins on ebay but with a clear picture sometimes you can get a steal.
In this case I really don't think its a malicious attempt by the seller to mislead, I just think they don't know much about grading and probably just guessed based on a few minutes web surfing.
