First off the coin shown is a 2003-S. I am not good at grading but I don't think it grades a 68 that's too high, IMHO.

Proofs are extremely difficult to grade using pictures, especially modern ones. There's a very fine line between all of the upper grades which can only really be seen with in-hand inspection.

My guess on this coin would be PR67 because of all the chatter in the fields.

In addition to the chatter, there's a horizontal scratch on Lincoln's cheek. I didn't see this till I blew up the picture. I suppose that a person only gets what he pays for.
