If the lines down 1 of 1 cent are a die clash?

I don't know about the lines below the 1,can you rotate the photo so it's straight up? The rest is a die clash,i see the hanging 3.Have you checked http://coinsandcanada.com/coins-pri...nt-1953-1964 There are several.

Looks possibly like one of the leaves in the queen's laurel wreath, coming out from between the lobes of the maple leaf.

It's the queen's forehead, and yes I'd say it's a clash. A nice one too, I don't think I have this one for 1963 yet, I have a triple hanging, but not 5 times. Yet :P
