im tying to clean and recognize these coins... I do not know if I can clean MORE to be able to recognize ... the only thing is I was able to recognize the number 4: AUGUSTUS Victory Over Brutus and Cassius Philippi Macedonia Ancient Roman Coin   and recently I found this :) Titus Flavius Domitianus (as Caesar)   larger images from some of these   ...   ...   ...   ... Several look like they can be identified, especially, number 7. I think with larger images, most would be recognizable if not attributable. If you can post the larger images and members here will be glad to help out.
On another note, I take it you found all of these yourself metal detecting? That last coin, the Domitian Denarius is a great find and a highly sought after reverse design. Congratulations.

The last coin is Byzantine and appears to be Manuel Commenus. Your pictures are a bit too dark to ID the coins. It would help to take a picture of one coin at at time. It looks like you might have some interesting coins there. The Domitian is a nice coin.

7 is Arcadius and SALVS REIPVBLICAE. Now, I'm interested in 4 - thats a highly valued coin! $200 in this condition: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUGUSTUS-vi...047675.l2557And yours is so much nicer! What great finds. Number 3 looks like a very distinctive bust and someone might recognise it. |

yes I found them with the metal detector!  Thank you for the information you all. as for the Byzantine coin not cleaned easily. i will post largest images soon as for No4 I did not know it was worth that much Edited by pit

 divide that sellers prices by about 4 to get a better idea of a reasonable 'buy it now' price on ebay or from a dealer, halve it again to get an auction price  |

i upload larger images N.1,2,3,5,8
number 4 has been recognized.
the number 6 I do not know if it's even coin.
7 has been recognized.thanks to BenByfield!
and from the Byzantine coin I can not take a good picture.

3)Constantine II(or I soli invicto comiti type)
7)arcadius
8)other Valens
5)maybe constans but not sure
6)I think a Byzantine coinage weight

about number 5 I was probably wrong,there's a star beheind emperor's head,in this case it can only be Honorius or theodosius II.
