In a quart of water you put a cup of vinegar and two tbs of salt bring to boil and it takes about 10 minutes.

I have a 1995 P that really is missing both clads. I picked it up while working at a restaurant when I noticed it was copper colored and very thin.
I have included 2 scans of this quarter next to a normal quarter for comparison.
