I can't say for sure that is what we are looking at, it is just an observation. AZTAMT Valued Member Canada 263 Posts	Posted 02/28/2013 10:01 pm I agree with the VF grade. I can see 4 folds. Bottom left and right corners, the horizontal and the vertical. Corners are rounded and soft. I think that the bill was lightly circulated, then put directly into a folder where it had some time to (relax) thus making it appear better then it really is.
