Hi All, I have this 1965 Afrikaans 2 cent Coin from South Africa. The coins should be bronze. Any idea or seen it before? I include picture also comparing to the bronze coin.

Is there a difference in weight between the two coins?

The most common explanation for such "wrong colour" coins, especially if the size and weight are otherwise identical to a normal coin, is a plate job - someone has taken a normal coin, and plated it with another metal. This one looks silvery and shiny; perhaps it's been chrome-plated. Indeed, I think I can see some spots on the rim where the plating has flaked off, showing copper underneath.
