I have done this, with Canadian loon dollars and roofing nails, and driving them into an asphalt pavement parking lot on a hot day...

lol, I recently super glued an ike to the side walk in front of my house, within a few hours there were massive gouges in it, within a week it was gone, there's still a piece of it there but it was quite fun watching dozens of people trying to pick it up off the sidewalk

funny, but mean. I just hope you don't put people in harm's way, and don't put them in a lane of traffic: auto or pedestrian.

I've seen a couple of quarters that were perminatly fixed to the sidewalk: one glued, the other set into the concrete as it was curing.

Super glued or Araldited coins to concrete pavement can be easily removed with a sharp blow applied to the edge with a cold chisel.

I have seen U.S. silver dollars hard silver soldered soldered to copper or bronze rods, then cast flush into the concrete facade of a building. Similar to above.
They were NOT removed, but they WERE damaged beyond recognition within a year.
