Not a pro but...The reverse is just a strike issue, common on this series. What you call a Cud looks more like a circulation hit. I would call this one vg details. cleaned.

I think this is an O-117. Small Date, Small Letters.....18 wider than 834. 34 tipped to left more than 18. Right sides of D-E in line.
