Usually takes about 1-2 weeks for a package to go from the US to Dubai. I can do priority though. You can look at my store http://www.altainumis.com I sell cleaned and uncleaned Roman, Greek and Islamic coins in the price range you are looking at. I'm still getting the site up to speed, so most of what is listed right now is on the higher end. Bulk cleaned Romans are $5 each, Greek $7 and Islamic $5. Bulk coins are not attributed.
