About 15 years ago I found a bust that was obviously larger than on the other coins . in the 10 rolls I had.I put it in a box , marked check later.I found the box last week when I was cleaning my safe out.Now that I have checked it under my scope . I think its die chatter or cleaning causing it to look larger.

With the big-hair, the penny should have been a 1980's coin.
