I'm stumped on this one . I can't tell if this ones PMD or was done at the mint . I noticed that the letters were still raised through the dent . Any help would be great .

It looks like it was struck through something. Cool find.

Notice how the letters are not flattened or deformed in the struck-through area, as would be the case if it was PMD. Nice find!

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one here who thinks it's a mint error . I've seen alot of struck through but not through the letters . thanks for all your help and input .
