slqcarnell1 Valued Member United States 82 Posts	Posted 08/06/2013 5:45 pm In 41 years of business I have bought two of these in deals and I have no idea what it is. I know its not gold. The obv of the coin is larger than the rev, the coin is pushed into the silver square around it and it is some type of metal as well. It weighs 0.90 troy ounces. It could be a weight - I know the weight does not match a solid gold coin, but it could be intended for use with an asymmetric balance. It could be made for insertion into a book cover or similar object, as an ornament. How thick is the metallic square?
