I recently received an 1837 Half Cent Worth of Pure Copper HT73, Low 49. I would like to know what the HT73 and Low 49 mean. Are there other varieties of this token?

There are two conventions for the classification of Hard Times token, one created by Lyman Low, and the other by Russell Rulau (whose numbers are preceded by HT, for Hard Times).
