I definitely share jpbones liking for the early Capped Bust quarter 1815-1828. This, together with their smaller sister capped bust dimes are a very appealing series to collect.
Here is a recent addition to my small collection - 1815 B-1, only die variety for the year. It is more darkly toned than the pictures show.

I agree the reverse is a solid Fine and maybe even F15 with the obverse looking more like VG10. The eye appeal is good and with no distractions to speak of, it's a solid F12 to me too.
I think it sits on the fence between VG-10 and F-12. Either grade would not surprise me. Looks honest to me. If the rims were a little stronger all the way around, I would say solid F-12. Nice coin!
