Is somebody there who can help?
I'm not sure how valuable this bill is.

Have you looked at sold listings on ebay?

I'm no expert but is this a foldover error? Would it also be a cutting error?

I'm unqualified to give any opinions as to value.

How much are they asking for it?

As for value, when it comes to errors (both coin & currency), only you can decide what you're willing to pay, and how bad do you want it..

I like Multiple Serial Number errors on Global Currency, and Inverted & Overprint on reverse 3rd printing errors on USA Currency.

Hello,
At first Thanks for your answers.
I think the bill will be cost approximately $300.
There are some examples even on ebay, but this bill are very expensive.
I'm still thinking...

At $300.00 I would take a pass, then again, this type of error doesn't excite as much..
If you really like it, go for it.
The most I would offer is around $75.00, and even at that price I would have to re-think the purchase..

If you take your time, you can find some nice error notes on ebay for $300.00 , it just takes time as many are over priced and will never sell.

Hint: if searching for a certain error type, click on the "newly listed" listings that offer "buy it now" and make your move when what you like is underpriced.
