1962 d penny, I think it's a DDO, again, not sure. Very thick die.

You have multiple light sources giving you light and shadows that makes you think there is something there. I see a normal coin in the images.

The 1962 "D" mint mark punch was damaged and eventually replaced, Often noted by the lower serif affected.
