That's what I've come to call the bills that I purchase out of other people's wallets. These two came from an elderly woman, who wasn't quite willing to let them go for face. I ended up spending 35 for both of them, probably over paid a little, but I have a little to spare.

One has to wonder how long she has had those notes...

And she probably would have spent them too if you hadn't bought them.
