Lighthouse Coin Capsule Or Mint Sealed Cellophane?

silvergoose New Member Canada 48 Posts	Posted 09/15/2014 8:39 pm Poll Question Hey guys, lately I've been buying up Voyageur silver dollars from the early 1960's. Many of them are still sealed in their cellophane packaging - they were obviously part of an annual set with other coins but cut away and made as a single item. I've been considering removing them from the cellophane and placing them in Lighthouse coin capsules. Not sure which is better for long term storage - plastic wrapping or the plastic capsule. I should mention that at this moment that none of them at this point indicate toning or spots that would have been caused from exposure to the outside air. How should I store them? Thanks! I now store them in lighthouse capsules for better protection and easier to store with my other coins in capsules. Report this Post to the Staff
