1966 Roosevelt dime With Error?

I got this 1966 Roosevelt dime off ebay.

I am not sure what you would call it?

If it is PMD or a error. Either way it looked cool and was cheap...

I do not have it in hand to weight it yet..

Any comments, suggestions or information is anyways welcome..

I believe that is a missing clad layer error, I wouldn't be the guy to ask if it's genuine or not, it's possible the nickel layer was taken away with acid, but it's quite a uniform line.

In my opinion it could be a genuine error, but again, I wouldn't be the guy to ask

My opinion when I saw it was that it's a strike-through.
A piece of cloth (rag) got in the way when it was struck.

I would also have to go with partial missing clad layer.

Looks like a clad peel after strike, but the color isn't correct and the reverse looks suspicious to me.

Not a struck through cloth.
