I think what you have there is a different die state, that could be a EDS state because the other die state is just as dramatic as the 1995-P DDO. The seperation on that die is really different, look in the cheery pickers guide and you will see what I am talking about. So I really think that is a new die variety for that coin.
There are three dies know for the 1995-D. Die 1 is a Clockwise pivot. Die 2 is Counter-clockwise. Die 3, FS-041, is also Counter-Clockwise but stronger than Die 2. If there is more info, please write. I will try to post better pics later, sorry.
Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I've HAD THIS COIN FOR 3 YEARS,OR SO, AND JUST REALIZED anacs PUT DIE 1 ON IT..... I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE GRADE THEY PUT ON IT, I DIDN'T EVEN SEE IT SAID DIE 1..[OO!] I will have to post a pic of die 1(another pocket change find) to show the difference. If anyone has die 2, please let me know and maybe we can post a thread with the three dies Thank you 300coinguy
