1998 D Dime Large Die Break Under Neck

I found this 1998 D dime while roll hunting and it looks like a large die break under the under. The reverse of the dime looks normal. What do you think?

Doesn't look like a die break to me. The photos got a lot of glare so I can't be sure, but it sort of looks like it was struck through some foreign object. Need a better pic.

Need a better pic but I agree, it doesn't look like a die break.

It is a die chip forming under the bust in that area.

It's a large die chip. This is a very common area for them to form.
Error coin writer and researcher.
