Well if it is 1859-64 copper nickel, the coin should be thicker. 1859 can be ruled out because reverse is distinct. We need to see the reverse. The last feather tells me it is 1859-1886 range because the feather was repositioned in 1886 (thus 1886 has Type 1 and type 2 coins).
The washed out color is often seen on the 1859-64 copper nickel cents, but this one looks like it had harsh acid treatment, which also can give this washed out color.
If no pic of reverse at least tell us if reverse has a shield or not.
