So the 1 is very faint almost missing on the 1977. Is this of any value and what kind of error is it if it is?

Lots of dings on the face of the coin, might grade as VF, as to value not much more than book value of $.10.

It's the same equivalent of a Grease Filled Die, or die wear for US coins. It doesn't really carry a premium that I am aware of. If it were in UNC condition...it might carry a smaller premium though.

I agree with Grease Filled Die. The only world coin errors that I see selling over BV are the big ones like off center strike, multiple strike, wrong planchet, etc.
