They are both of the exact same composition (bronze). I was not comparing the strike or any other features of the coin - I know what mint state bronze looks like, and I also know (thanks to the XRF) the nuances of colour (toning) and external factors can do to the surface of bronze. I think it has been played with long ago, but so have many other Vickies. I think PCGS would probably not BB it.
