I found this coin and need help identifying it. If you have any ideas or information, I'd be very appreciative!

Hi slothina - it looks like an Edward VII (1902-1910) Canadian coin to me, but to determine the denomination I would have to know the diameter and / or approximate weight.

- but you could also just include a pic of it with a modern quarter to show its size. If its larger than a modern quarter, its a half. If its about a quarter size - its a quarter. If its about a dime size - its a dime.

Without the date its worth spot price for Canadian silver coins which currently is 11.80 per dollar of silver coins.

Hi,

This is a silver coin of Canada, circa 1902-1910 (Edward VII). Judging from the reverse design it could only be a quarter or half dollar. Most likely a quarter. Canadian coinage at the time was approximately the same size as US coinage of the same era. Telling us whether the coin is close to the size of a quarter or half dollar will tell us which denomination it is.

Sorry, it's the size of a quarter.

Thank you for the replies!
