I presume you mean proof sets produced for sale to the general public? The above list is a good starting point. I don't have a definitive list to hand, but I think 1853 should be added. In some years, alternative sets were available with a different range of denominations. For many of the years in between, so called VIP proof sets were produced in very small numbers (often just a handful) for limited circulation, usually to visiting dignitaries. These are extremely rare and collectible. Many have become split up over the years and appear as individual coins at auction.
